5. Warranties
Solace Roofing stands behind its craftsmanship and materials.
Workmanship Warranty: 5 years (standard, unless stated otherwise in your agreement).
Material Warranty: Provided by the manufacturer (GAF, Owens Corning, etc.) and subject to their terms.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by neglect, improper maintenance, natural disasters, or unauthorized alterations.

We strive to complete every roofing project on schedule. However, certain conditions such as severe weather, material shortages, or unforeseen site issues may cause delays.
Solace Roofing is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control but will communicate any changes promptly.
