Sales Person

As a Salesperson at Solace Roofing, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by generating new leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be the face of our company, representing our commitment to excellence and high-quality roofing solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong sales skills, a deep understanding of our products and services, and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

As a Salesperson at Solace Roofing, your primary objective will be to drive sales and contribute to the company’s growth by leveraging your expertise and sales acumen. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Your role is integral to our success, as you will directly influence customer satisfaction and the overall perception of our brand.

You will be expected to work closely with other team members, including project managers and customer service representatives, to ensure a seamless transition from the sales phase to project execution. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, the quality of client interactions, and the overall contribution to the company’s growth and reputation.

 

Compensation

  • Full package $70,000 – $ 110,000

Responsibilities

    Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.

    Client Consultations: Meet with potential clients to understand their roofing needs, provide expert advice, and present tailored solutions that align with their requirements.

    Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits and features of our roofing solutions.

    Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.

    Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after the sale, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

    Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services.

    Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales goals. Provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications

  • 1

    Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry. Experience in lead generation and closing sales is highly desirable.

    Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

    Knowledge: Familiarity with roofing products and services, including metal, shingle, and tile roofing. Ability to understand and explain technical details to customers.

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

    Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
